1. About these terms
These website terms apply when you use anztravelservices.com, submit an enquiry or ask ANZ Travel Services to arrange travel. A confirmed quote, invoice, itinerary or supplier document may contain additional booking terms. If there is a conflict, the terms specifically disclosed for the booked service apply to that service.
2. Travel-planning services
ANZ Travel Services designs tailored itineraries and may arrange accommodation, transport, activities, guides and related travel services. Website itineraries are inspiration and planning estimates, not live availability or a binding offer. Routes, durations, operating days and prices can change.
3. Quotes and booking confirmation
- Quotes are subject to availability, currency movement, supplier repricing and any expiry date shown.
- A booking is not confirmed until the required payment is received and written confirmation is issued.
- You must check names, dates, traveller details, inclusions and exclusions before payment and again on confirmation.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information and promptly reporting errors.
4. Prices, currency and payments
Unless a quote says otherwise, prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Taxes, card fees, foreign-exchange costs, bonds, fuel, insurance or local charges may be additional where disclosed. Payment instructions will identify the party receiving payment. This website does not provide recurring subscriptions and does not automatically charge you on a recurring basis.
Do not send card security codes by email. If payment instructions appear unusual or change unexpectedly, verify them with us using the telephone number published on this website before paying.
5. Supplier terms
Airlines, accommodation providers, vehicle rental companies, ferry and rail operators, guides and activity operators are independent suppliers. Their fare, cancellation, safety, age, health, licence, bond and conduct requirements form part of your booking. We will make applicable terms available before confirmation or identify where they can be reviewed.
6. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and amendment charges depend on the supplier and fare selected. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the general process; the specific terms shown with your quote or confirmation control the amount refundable.
7. Traveller responsibilities
- Hold valid passports, visas, permits, licences and entry documentation.
- Check health, vaccination, insurance and official travel advice appropriate to your circumstances.
- Arrive on time and meet supplier safety, fitness, age and baggage requirements.
- Disclose mobility, medical, dietary or other needs that may affect arrangements.
Comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation and medical cover, is strongly recommended from the date of confirmation.
8. Disruption and force majeure
Weather, road closures, natural events, public-health measures, industrial action, transport disruption and other events outside reasonable control can affect travel. We will reasonably assist with alternatives, but additional supplier costs are payable by the traveller unless covered by a supplier refund or insurance.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ANZ Travel Services is responsible for providing its planning and agency services with reasonable care, but is not the operator of independent supplier services and is not responsible for acts or omissions outside its reasonable control.
10. Website use
Website content is general information. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, copy substantial content for commercial use or submit unlawful material. External links do not constitute an endorsement of every statement or service on the linked site.
11. Privacy and law
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
